Client Relationship & Demand Management
- Manage and maintain techno-functional relationship with several client groups and multiple vendors using ISO 20000 framework for IS Service Delivery.
- Understand Business Demand for technology projects and help prioritize project delivery.
- Develop road-map to align Corporate Technology vision, goals and projects with Business Technology requirements.
- Develop and enhance delivery step-processes to ensure that operations groups and vendor parties continue to deliver within Continuous Improvement Metrics and Guidelines.
