Enterprise Application Architecture | Information Governance | Continuous Improvement
• Architect and design application infrastructure & architecture along with internal as well as external interfaces to ensure optimal utilization of technology functionalities. This in turn provides maximum technical capabilities and higher ROI on technology investment.
• Architect and map business as well as system processes to indicate user, technology & process interaction and integration. Map Business Capabilities to Technical Functionalities along with information flow maps.
• Design Information (and Data) Governance by utilizing system, process and manual controls to ensure maximum accuracy and integrity.
• Conduct process and system risk analysis, assess possible audit fail-points with respect to PIPA, FOIP, SOX, Bill 198 (C-SOX), ITIL and applicable collective agreement compliance, current state and gap assessments, architectural design as well as information and data flow mapping.
• Strategize and develop new optimized business processes to better utilize technology, applications and human capital resources and ensure they are in line with business objectives.
• Develop scorecard metrics to measure qualitative and quantitative performance.
• Develop improvement steps to address gap closures, enterprise risk control measures, audit recommendations, governance & control standards as well as improve overall process quality and efficiency.
