Juma has more than fifteen years of experience as a senior ERP Solutions Analysis, Architecture and Integration Specialist. She has over nine yrs. of experience in the analysis, design and implementation of Human Resources, Learning, Payroll & Time-Scheduling applications and two yrs. of experience in Human Resources.
Her primary focus in consulting has been with optimizing business and technology process and implementation of Enterprise Resource Packages, namely PeopleSoft HCM and Oracle eBusiness Suite of Applications for Major Oil & Gas, Energy, Retail and Government Clients. She has been particularly involved in working with various system integration-interfaces involving several integration points, such as Payroll with Projects, AP and GL. She has a thorough understanding of both, US and Canadian Human Resource, Payroll & Taxation rules and regulations as well as the comprehension of the inherent complexities of the Union Contracts- Collective Agreements in these two countries.
